Delivery Time
Delivery will take up to 6-8 business days within New Zealand (please allow longer for Regional Areas).
Delivery requires a signature upon arrival, and if no one is present to accept your delivery, a card will be left for you, and your parcel will be taken to the nearest Post Office for pick-up.
All our International Orders are sent with AusPost International. Shipping costs are charged at 15% of the total purchase price.
Delivery Time

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking to update.
All orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of being placed. This is excluding weekends.
In the unlikely event that an item you ordered is unavailable, we will endeavour to notify you as soon as possible.
Once an order reaches 15 kilos or more, it is classified and processed as a bulk order. These need to be placed via email with our Customer Service at info@ascentfootwear.co.nz
International orders may be subject to local customs, duties, and taxes that are the customer's responsibility.
